We Love Because He First Loved Us

Our Mission: To Serve

Brethren Care Village is a Christian-based senior living community providing exceptional individualized care and services. Our guests and residents receive quality and compassionate care from expert staff who treat them like family. We work hard to ensure that everything we do is rooted in our core values: Compassion, Attitude of Excellence, Respect, Integrity, Nurturing, and Giving.

Give Your Time

At Brethren Care Village, our residents are the most important priority. Your willingness to share your time to make our resident’s lives more meaningful is one of the greatest gifts you can give.

Volunteer opportunities include gardening, visiting, group readings, board games, card clubs, crafts, shopping trips, quilting, scrapbooking, exercising, painting, bingo, trivia, worship services, Bible studies, small groups, and so much more!

Leave a Lasting Impact

When it comes to making a difference in the world with your giving, you want every dollar to matter. You want every gift to count. Giving to Brethren Care Village is a great way to ensure your donations directly impact the lives of people. In line with our mission to provide individualized care that prioritizes the wellbeing of our residents in every facet of their lives, Brethren Care Village has, for the whole of our history, remained committed to stewarding donations wisely through oversight from our board of directors and direct input from our residents, their families, staff, and the community as a whole.

Every gift we receive impacts the lives of those we’ve been called to serve.

Ways to Give

There are a number of ways to support Brethren Care Village financially and ensure we’re able to continue serving our community.

Endowments

The Brethren Care Inc. Foundation accepts donations to several endowments.

The Benevolence Endowment

The Benevolence Endowment assists residents who cannot pay the full amount for their care, allowing them to remain on campus.

The Renovation Endowment

The Renovation Endowment is used to pay for the future replacement of key capital items and assists in providing funds for future remodeling and renovation projects.

The Education Endowment

The Education Endowment funds ongoing staff training and education.

The Chaplaincy Endowment

The Chaplaincy Endowment supports Brethren Care Village’s chaplain.

Planned Giving

Planned giving is a creative way of supporting non-profits and charitable organizations that enables philanthropic donors to make larger gifts than they could make from their annual disposable income. By planning your donations, you can make a lasting impact on our residents and their families.

Types of Planned Gifts

There are three types of planned gifts: appreciated assets (like stocks and real estate), gifts that provide a lifelong income to the donor in exchange for making the gift, and gifts payable upon the donor.
