I enjoy living in the Village and feeling that I am not alone- that we are all friends in one way or another here. The staff could not be nicer or friendlier or more helpful.

I love meeting new people and making friends, so my daughter knew this was the right place for me, a place where I could stay active and social. I enjoy the library, the coffee is great, and I really love the activities, including the bus trips and Bingo!

Working with people is a joy for me. Brethren Care Village is like one big family; I have made a lot of friends! The smiles and kindness from the staff and residents are what keep me going.

One of the things my mother-in-law appreciates most about Brethren Care Village is the sense of community it fosters. She has forged meaningful connections with fellow residents and staff members alike.

I was on the hunt for a rewarding career and hoping I could meet new people and make a difference in someone’s life. I have done just that in my two years here at Brethren Care Village! I have always said that I have never worked for a place that does so much to show appreciation for their employees than BCV. I very much appreciate that!

There are a variety of activities and the staff are so helpful and responsive. I am able to continue doing hobbies I love, and also have the opportunity to try and learn new things.

I love the residents, and it feels like family. It’s very rewarding having the opportunity to serve not only our residents but our team members as well. It is an honor to do so! It’s a blessing to be a part of and to work with such compassionate people throughout our entire organization. Seeing how every department pulls together to make Brethren Care Village the great organization that it is and the best home environment for our residents. I am proud to work at BCV, I have found a sense of purpose, made many friends with residents and team members, and have learned a whole new level of kindness and selflessness.
