Hannah’s path to BCV began during her time at Ashland University, where she pursued a degree in Therapy. As part of her education, she completed an internship with our Therapy department. Impressed by the warm and supportive environment, Hannah decided to join BCV for part-time work to complement her school schedule. From a young age, she knew that her heart belonged in the healthcare field, making her choice to become part of our community a natural fit for her interests.

Heartfelt Moments that Matter

Working at BCV has been a journey filled with heartfelt moments for Hannah. During her time in the kitchen, she formed a special bond with a resident who brightened her day with a warm hug every time they crossed paths. Such interactions reminded her that BCV is not just a workplace; it’s a place where she and her fellow team members are an integral part of our residents’ home. The sense of family she experiences with the residents and her colleagues has made her feel like she’s among loving grandparents, creating a warm and comforting atmosphere.

As she moved through different departments – starting as a part-time Dietary Aide, transitioning to part-time Payroll, and now serving as Accounts Payable & Payroll staff – she has blossomed both personally and professionally. BCV’s supportive environment and opportunities for advancement have helped her shed her shyness and develop essential skills, shaping her into a confident and accomplished team member.
